Best 5 career Coaches in Japan

Fung about himself,

I’m a Career coach. I help Professionals get the Clarity & Promotion they want, without the uncertainty of navigating the process alone. If you want to have your ideal role, where your skills and salary are recognised, I can help you get clear on the steps, and give guidance on the right plan and actions to take. So that you can clearly, and confidently plan for and achieve the role you want.

When it comes to work, I’ve been through many highs and lows, especially over the past 18 years.

I’ve worked so many jobs I didn’t like, without a clear goal, feeling undervalued and stuck. Worried about wasting my time and life at work doing things with no value or impact on society. I want to help people progress happily in their work without having to face the same problems I did. This led me to launch my coaching business. Now I teach others how to find purpose, value, happiness at work. Also, how to become leaders at work and get promoted.

Garry’s Words about Himself,

Born and raised in San Diego, CA, my entire career has been focused on business in Japan. After founding and exiting an international trading company with offices in LA, Tokyo, and London I settled in Tokyo and discovered the wonderful world of recruiting in 2001. Having worked with a coach in the 90’s, I became CCF certified in 2007 and added coaching to my practice to further enable me to achieve my life’s mission–to help people find work they LOVE.

Charlie Moritz

To empower others to take control of their lives, so they can achieve incredible things.

All of my work conforms to this why.

What difference can my coaching make for you?

  • It’s the difference between working a job you don’t love for decades, and applying more of your potential to have an impactful and meaningful life
  • It’s the difference between making just enough money to get by, and doing work that enables you to earn what you’re worth
  • It’s the difference between struggling through clearing the meaningless tasks off your to-do list, and performing at the peak of your game

You are like a sports car that could push twice as much horsepower with the right tune-up. You already have the engine to get you there, but you could spend your whole life missing out on all that extra power if you don’t get the most out of it.
