Katie Best:

Katie’s Words,

I am a transformational coach working with professionals seeking greater fulfilment in their career and personal lives. I partner with individuals on a variety of situations from figuring out your next career move, uncovering blocks that keep you from moving forward in your professional life, to identifying a plan to move you ahead with your career goals. I also offer general life coaching in areas such as building self confidence, increasing motivation, improving time management, finding better work/life integration, and creating more happiness and fulfilment in your life.

My coaching style is very positive, supportive and intuitive. Each person’s situation is unique. I spend the time to understand the specific areas you want to change, why you want to change (or haven’t yet made progress), and how to get you to where you want to be. It is easy at times in life to feel stuck, unclear and unsure and it is my job as a coach to help you get unstuck and gain the clarity and focus to achieve your goals and reach your aspirations.

Fulvia Sechi:

Marketing and travelling were my first interests…and they brought me to leave Sardinia to study Marketing and Communication in the north of Italy. After two Master degrees, I felt it was the time for my personal development to move abroad: since that time, I have lived in 7 cities and 4 more countries (UK, Spain, USA, Germany) experiencing by myself all the excitement but even the challenges of being an expat. I found myself working hard on improving my self-confidence and broaden my potentials, both on my private and professional life.

Monica Mundo:

I’m a Career and Life Coach, passionate about working with people and making connections with them. I have a people-oriented personality with a deep interest in mental and physical wellbeing, positive attitude, and personal development. I consider myself a motivator and a very empathetic person.

I am a qualified coach with Animas Centre of coaching, a licensed Career Coach with Firework Coaching and a mental health first aider with England Mental Health. Besides my coaching qualification, I’m also a qualified Strengths Practitioner with Langley Group.

Seven years ago I moved to London from Italy to build my career in the corporate world: I worked in accounting practice, corporate organisations and for American and English law firms, my most recent experience was in Cambodia with an NGO. Through my corporate background, I’m familiar with the pressure of a busy working environment as well as the challenges of creating a new life away from friends and family, experiencing intercultural differences along the way.

I work with professionals in their 30s – 40s who are currently going through a career change, promotion or recently relocated, overwhelmed with frenetic life and stress due to job and responsibilities but keen to focus on their values, priorities, motivation and achievement of personal and professional goals, with particular emphasis on their mental health, wellbeing and awareness in their daily life.

Personal development is a key element in understanding and navigating our life experiences. Coaching is an opportunity to discover yourself and look outside the default box you have always thought of being the “right and only” one for you

Hannah Salton:

Three years ago, after 8 years of working in HR & Graduate Recruitment for global corporations, I followed my dream of becoming a career coach. I had both successes and setbacks during my career, and for many years I didn’t think I would have the courage to make the career change I eventually did.

Using the experience of overcoming my own limiting beliefs, alongside my commercial recruitment experience, I help high-potential and motivated individuals understand their strengths and personal preferences, in order to put a structured plan in place to create their ideal career.

Nicola Simpson:

Nicola’s Words,

My professional background is in Marketing, Executive & Higher Education and Professional Development. After many years of working in Marketing roles, predominantly in the Media and Publishing sector managing budgets in excess of £10 million p.a., I moved into Higher Education to teach Marketing and to design and deliver executive education and degree programmes.

My role as Programme Director of the Executive MBA (EMBA) at London Business School ignited my interest in leadership development and, in particular, executive coaching as a process to empower individuals to realise their full potential. I am highly educated with three degrees including a BA (Hons) Business Studies, MA Marketing and an MSc Management and Business Studies Research. In my experience executives want to speak to someone their level who has a strong industry and educated background.

Elizabeth Sullivan:

Growing up in New Zealand, I never knew what I wanted to do for a career. Then one day my French teacher Mrs Simpson suggested I would make a good accountant. And I thought that’s it! I would study accounting at university, get a job with a firm of Chartered Accountants and then see a business of interest.

And so that’s what I did. But it took me many years to find anything else I was interested in doing. In the meantime I was working in the City of London where I had achieved a degree of success but deep down I knew I was in the wrong place. And I kept looking for work I would love, that would use my talents, where I would feel happy and in the right place.

Elizabeth Sullivan:

Sullivan’s Words,

I love my work.  It’s been a winding path to get here, but I love my work.  I was once asked if I had a Life Coach when I reached my big crossroads back in 2010. I didn’t and I realised that I navigated my path without a road map. I wouldn’t change that for anything as it has meant that I can relate to my clients in a much deeper way and my own search for answers and guidance has given me something important to share.

I have met some incredible teachers and guides along the way and have discovered the tools, practices, books, the new ways of thinking and the inner belief that have brought me to where I am. My job is now to curate and make accessible these ways of thinking, being and doing so that you too can find balance and fulfilment and live your happiest life.

Personal coaching or life coaching is where the coach supports you to uncover what you really wish to achieve, and by listening, carefully questioning and reflecting back to you, helps you understand this fully. The next stage is to show you how to uncover what will motivate you to achieve each of your goals, the steps to achieve them, and who or what can help you.

In the follow up sessions, I help you keep on track and motivated to achieve your goals. I have a whole range of innovative and fun tools, visualisations, mini quizzes and books to recommend, helping you on your journey!

Sue Clarke:

Most of my clients work in fast-paced environments, where financial pressures and shifting priorities are the norm, and where being values-driven and quality-focused (like they are) can be tough. They’re often responsible for leading others through change, whilst at the same time having to deal with significant uncertainty themselves.

Stepping up, playing bigger, influencing with an authentic voice – or helping others to do so – are frequent needs. So are managing demanding workloads, navigating difficult relationships, developing resilience, and building confidence.

They want to be better leaders, build better teams, run better projects. Some work with me because they want to change jobs, or even careers; some want to transition into, or grow, their own business. Many feel stuck in some way and want to get unstuck.

They want fulfilling work, where they can make a meaningful contribution. And particularly, alongside that, they want personal fulfilment: they want a great career AND life.
